How to Install the Plugin:

  1. Download the plugin ZIP file to your computer.

  2. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

  3. Go to Plugins > Add New.

  4. Click the Upload Plugin button at the top.

  5. Click Choose File, select the plugin ZIP file, and then click Install Now.

  6. After the installation completes, click Activate Plugin.

The form can be displayed anywhere using the shortcode:

Submitted lead data is securely stored in the database and viewable in the admin panel.
